Sales Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement
   The agreement consists of these sales terms and conditions, information provided in the booking system, and any special terms. In case of conflict, the special terms take precedence.

2. Parties
   The seller is Damms AS (org. no. 834 397 692), with contact information provided below. The buyer is the person making the order.

3. Price
   All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Formation of Agreement
   The agreement is binding for both parties when the order is confirmed by the seller and the buyer has received the order confirmation.

5. Payment
   Payment can be made via Vipps, Stripe, or PayPal. With payment via Vipps or card payment systems, the amount is deducted at the time of the order.

6. Delivery
   For sauna bookings, delivery is considered completed when the buyer has received confirmation and access to the agreed time. Delivery typically occurs immediately after the booking.

7. Right of Withdrawal
   For services with a scheduled time, such as sauna bookings, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the service is to be delivered within the withdrawal period, and the buyer has consented to this at the time of booking.

1. Defects in Service – Buyer’s Rights and Complaint Period
   If the service has a defect, the buyer must notify the seller within a reasonable time after the error is discovered. The complaint period is two years. Notification of errors should be sent in writing to damms.post@gmail.com or by phone at 948 19 707.

2. Personal Data
   We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. See our privacy policy.

3. Dispute Resolution
   Disputes should be resolved amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The EU complaint portal may also be used.

Payment
• The guest must pay the full amount via Vipps or Stripe when booking at www.badestova.no.
• Invoicing or payment at the venue must be agreed in advance for all private experiences. For drop-ins, the guest can book and pay for the experience on-site, provided there is availability.

Right of Withdrawal
• The cancellation period is 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged 100%. Refunds will be made to the credit card used for the booking.
• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
• Requests to change the booking must be made by phone or email.
• Changes to the booking will be made if there is availability. Changes after the cancellation deadline are not guaranteed.

Privacy Policy
The data controller for the collected personal data is the seller. Unless the buyer consents to something else, the seller may only collect and store the personal data necessary for the seller to fulfill the obligations under the agreement. The buyer’s personal data will only be shared with others if necessary to fulfill the agreement with the buyer or in legally required cases.

Terms of Use
• Respect the privacy of others
Badestova is a place for relaxation and well-being. Be aware that other guests may be present. Be considerate.

• Keep it clean
Wear clean clothes and sit on a towel when using Badestova.

• Food and drinks
Food is not allowed in Badestova. It’s a good idea to bring water or other colorless drinks.

• Respect rental agreements
Please follow the schedule, tidy up, and be ready to leave Badestova 5-10 minutes before the next session starts.

• Personal responsibility
Using Badestova and bathing is at your own risk. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.
No jumping or diving into the water from the walkway, as it is shallow.

• Clean up after yourself
Remember to take your personal items and ensure no litter is left behind. Leave Badestova the way you would like to find it.

• Liability
Damages resulting from careless use or behavior may lead to liability for compensation.

Legal Notice
DAMMS AS is not responsible for unsatisfactory weather conditions, closed facilities, or other factors beyond the company’s control. We reserve the right to errors in information about services and any technical problems that may occur. Both parties may terminate the agreement if the purchased item cannot be used due to war, natural disasters, extended water or electricity outages, and similar events that neither DAMMS AS nor the guest could have predicted or influenced.
